Terms of Use

TakeBoard is a place to share sports rankings, tier lists and takes, and to argue about them. By creating an account or using TakeBoard you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what is posted from your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Edit profile → Delete account.

Argue about the take, not the person

Hot takes are welcome. Abuse is not. There is zero tolerance for:

• Harassment, bullying, threats or encouraging violence
• Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability
• Sexual or graphic content
• Spam, scams, impersonation or sharing someone's private information
• Anything illegal

You can report any take, comment, reply or account, and block anyone. We review reports and remove content that breaks these rules, usually within 24 hours, and we may suspend or remove accounts that break them.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you let TakeBoard show it in the app, in link previews and in images you choose to share. You can delete your posts at any time.

Sports data

Player stats come from Basketball-Reference.com and scores from BALLDONTLIE, and are credited where shown. TakeBoard is not affiliated with any league or team.

TakeBoard is provided as is. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms; if we make big changes we'll let you know in the app.
